Carlos is Lawyer specialist in Tax Law, active in the tax area over 30 years, having worked before as head of the legal department in big organizations, among others Philips Informática, as well as other prestigious law firms.
He holds a degree in Law from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid, a Bachelors degree in Business Sciences, Bachelors degree in Tax Law from the University Abat Oliba, Master in Tax Law from the University of Barcelona, and a Doctor in Law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

He has taken courses in the London School of Economics as well as at the Harvard Law School and has obtained many research grants, highlighting the grant from the Spanish Ministry of Education, and the prize for the best doctoral thesis from Caja Madrid Foundation.
Teaching experience as Professor of Financial and Tax Law in the University of Salamanca, Professor of Political Economy, Public Finance, and Finance Law in Centro Villanueva, Professor of Applied Economics at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Professor of Environmental Tax in the Master of IEDE, Professor of the doctorate courses of Business and Environmental Taxation.
Author of monographs and articles in legal journals, Revista Impuestos-La Ley, Revista Aranzadi, Instituto de Estudios Fiscales.
Advisory member in working groups on international tax fraud.

Peter is Lawyer specialist in Corporate Law, Energy Law and International Business Law, and Care Homes with over 20 years’ experience, having worked before in other prestigious international law firms, among others BDO Lawyers in Barcelona and Heuking, Kühn, Lüer, Wojtek in the city of Cologne.
He holds a degree in Law from the University of Barcelona, a Master LL.M. Magister-Legum from the University of Cologne and a Master in Tax Law from the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB). He also holds a training on Industrial Business Management – “Industriekaufmann” from ASET.

Rocío is Lawyer specialist in New Technologies and Information Technologies Law (IT), with over 15 years’ experience, having worked before in the legal departments of different international companies, among others ARAG and France Telecom, as well as in national law firms.
She holds a degree in Law from the University Abat Oliba, Doctorate in IT Law from the University of Barcelona (DEA) and a postgraduate in Data Protection from the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE). She is a certified Data Protection Officer Barcelona by the Bar Association.
She has taken continuous training courses, seminars and, congresses in the field of IT Law, data protection, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, privacy, commercial law including intellectual property organized by ICADE, AEPD, APDCAT, APEP, ENATIC, ADIGITAL, ISMS FORUM, ONETRUST, LAWYERS, Barcelona, and Madrid Bar Association.
